Cleaning Work Begins
Standards are developed directly on site, with close attention to what clients notice and what each space requires.
Our Story
Cleaning Is About More Than Cleaning
SN Clean is an independent commercial and specialist cleaning company built on a clear belief: the condition of a space communicates how it is managed, how much care goes into it and the standards it represents.
Our Mission
Your Space Speaks Before You Do
A well cared for space creates confidence before a conversation begins. It can feel welcoming, organised and safe, and it quietly reflects the standards behind the business.
SN Clean helps organisations and property managers across Essex, London and Kent maintain that standard through dependable commercial cleaning and carefully managed specialist services.
“Before a client, tenant or visitor speaks to anyone, your space has already made the first impression.” — Silvia Nedeva, SN Clean

What our clients say
★★★★★
SN Cleaning came to my office to clean it when it had not been done for some time! No dramas they quietly got on with it and left it so that when I came back in all I could say was “wow”! The place felt really clean and special and now I have a regular booking to help keep that “wow” feeling. I highly recommend Silvia and her team.

Wonderful cleaners and excellent customer service! They’ve helped us do an end-of-tenancy clean and a deep clean, as well as regular cleanings, and they’ve been great all around.
